4 Persian cucumbers
1 tsp salt
1/2 - 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder), adjust for spice level
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
Green onion, chopped
Instructions:
Prep Cucumbers
Slice the cucumbers and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
Let sit for 15 minutes, then drain any excess water.
Mix Ingredients
