I'm making this for my wife this coming week. Thank you Kylie for sharing this! I've taken a lot of inspiration from you recently in the kitchen, and aim to use what I learn from your cookbook to make my life better, and my wife's through food. I've struggled with GERD for a long time and genuinely think what I learn from you will help.

I live alone, and it often seems like cooking is just too much trouble. I started using your rice cooker method, and it is a lifesaver! Almost literally, since I started using it, I have stopped eating fast food, not because I'm filled with self-control but because the rice cooker meals are actually easier. Not to mention more delicious.

I am very excited to try cooking with a rice cooker. I am finally living on my own, and cooking just for me. Yay! What size rice cooker aer you using for this recipe? Thanks so much.

Doubled the recipe and used the instant pot rice setting and it worked well.

I am so intrigued by this dish, Kylie! I have only used my rice cooker for rice or quinoa previously, so I’m thinking I will have to give this a try!

Delicious! Adapted this version and used parcooked split mung beans cooked in the marinade instead of beef. Thank you so much! I love bibimbap but always found it to be overwhelming to make!

Does this work for the rice function on an instant pot?

What are the macros and servings per recipe? I calculated the calories for the recipe and got 1700 but unsure if that is right and how many people this is supposed to feed. Any help is appreciated

Here's the link to Kylie's Amazon recommendations. The rice cooker is on there - Aroma is the brand.

I’ve made it and it’s delicious, this recipe is so simple and delicious. This is my 2nd nutrition by kylie recipe, she never misses. The beef and broccoli dump bag is a big hit.

What kind of rice works best in these kinds of dishes? I have used long grain for stuff with this type of set it and forget it recipe and it always ends up being an unpleasant texture.
