I made this last night (except for the pomegranate seeds cuz I couldn’t find any at the store) and it was boooommmb! The paprika and cayenne were very present and added depth of flavor as well as a coziness if that makes sense. My family is even asking for the recipe! YAS!

I most definitely plan on getting your book! I like that it won’t feel like a bunch of recipes being thrown at me. Cooking can feel intimidating and it seems like you did your best to make the process feel approachable :) happy for you!

I have made this twice, and it was a massive hit both times. The 2nd time, I didn't have time to make dressing, so I just used a store balsamic dressing and added honey, and it was still absolutely amazing.
